Life changed dramatically in 2020 with the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many professionals, he faced uncertainty when he lost his well-settled corporate job. But instead of looking at it as an end, he saw it as a new beginning.

They launched Labwala, with the vision of making diagnostics more accessible, reliable, and patient-friendly.

The company began with a pioneering initiative—the home collection of COVID-19 RT-PCR samples. At that time, this service was first introduced in Rajasthan, filling a crucial gap in healthcare access during the crisis. The idea of bringing diagnostic services to the doorstep resonated strongly with people, and Labwala quickly gained trust.

What started as a small initiative during the pandemic soon transformed into a fast-growing healthcare enterprise. 2021–2023 – Labwala expanded into three states, building a strong presence in diagnostic services. By 2025 – Labwala had grown into a national brand, operating in 124 cities across 20 states in India.
